Vendor Network Eligibility

Truck dealerships, OEMs, exhaust retrofit technology providers, and scrap yards that participate as vendors for the Hunts Point Clean Trucks Program must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Truck Dealerships or OEMs

• Provide Class 3 to Class 8 Trucks
• Trucks Must be Equipped with 2010 EPA Emission Compliant Engines or Newer
• Truck Options May Include:
  • Diesel
  • Hybrid Diesel Electric
  • Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
  • Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV)

Exhaust Retrofit Technology Providers

• Offer Level 1 and/or 3 Exhaust Retrofit Technologies that are EPA or CARB Verified
• Provide Testing, Installation, and Maintenance Services

Scrap Yards

• Scrap Class 3 to Class 8 Trucks
• Demonstrate Proper Termination of Engine
